Join Our Team at Calgary Therapy Services!
We are looking for a passionate and experienced clinician wanting to make a meaningful impact without the red tape of bureaucracy and governance.
Calgary Therapy Services, a boutique private practice, is growing to meet the increasing demand for our trauma-informed, client-centered care. We’re looking for a Registered Psychologist Master’s-level Social Work clinician to join us as an independent contractor. We have recently outgrown our current therapists’ schedules and capacity and searching for a clinician to join our team. This position is full-time, requiring a minimum of 20 hours (clients) per week.
Why Join Us?
We offer a unique opportunity to focus on what you love—providing exceptional client care—while we handle the administrative work. Our practice is rooted in attachment-based and trauma-informed approaches, supporting clients in uncovering and addressing the root causes of their challenges.
We Value...
- Being Human and Relatable
We believe the best therapy happens when therapists how up as people first. Clients don’t need experts lecturing them; they need someone they can sit across from, feel at ease with, and know they’re truly understood.
- Relationship is Everything
Healing happens in connection. The way we show up with our clients, being present, attuned, and compassionate is the most powerful part of the work we do. Creating safety and trust is our foundation.
- Professionalism with Heart
Being reliable, organized, and consistent is one of the ways we care for our clients. When they know they can count on us, it builds security and strengthens the relationship, which allows the work to go even deeper.
Here’s what we provide to ensure your success and satisfaction:
- Client Referrals: Pre-screened, ready-to-schedule clients.
- Intake Coordination: Managed by our Client Care Coordinator.
- Comprehensive Admin Support: From scheduling to billing, we’ve got it covered.
- Beautiful Office Space: Located at our main office in Mission
- Marketing & Advertising: Leave the outreach to us. Just come in and do the job you love to do.
- Flexible Scheduling: Achieve work-life balance while building your caseload at your pace.
- Consultation & Growth: Opportunities for individual supervision and professional development.
Position Details
- Commitment: Full-time, 20+ sessions per week (days and shifts and open to negotiation based on your schedule and preference). Additional hours available as your caseload and retention grows.
- Compensation: Percentage-based split, earning $110 - $211/hour per session depending on client type, session format, and tenure with the practice.
- Independence: You control your schedule while benefiting from our extensive support infrastructure
